I had an incredible experience during my stay at this property. The place was spotless, and every facility I could possibly need was provided. The view was simply breathtaking! A special shout-out to Mr. Salman at the check-in counter—he was absolutely amazing! His service was professional, friendly, and made the whole process seamless. Truly a great guy! Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and scenic stay, with excellent customer service.

Thank you so much Golden Sands Team especially Front Office receptionists and supervisor upon my check-out. Housekeeping Team was at their best in cleaning. Really recommend this hotel for their courtesy and professionalism.

The staff where all exceptional and more like a family.. I was feeling ill during my stay a bit of a fever and when I called reception to locate a pharmacy they sent someone up with some medicine (over the counter stuff) which really helped and they also had a vending machine which also stocked over the counter medication as well as other things. I had breakfast at the hotel and this was a buffet style and again was very good and I have nothing negative to say about the food or the staff in there restaurant/ breakfast area. Room was very modern and clean and when visiting the area again this is the only hotel I would be staying at.. Iv stayed at a lot of hotels in the same area but this was the best. They were also very accommodating to me needing a late check out to unlike other hotels that just want to charge you for more time.

The location,cleanliness,staff hospitality and breakfast .The whole staff is extremely coperative .Also when you are in dinning hall for breakfast ,you see Jacqueline ,running from one place to other helping people .

The surrounding area is vibrant, filled with shops, restaurants, banks, and exchange offices—truly a prime location in every sense. The family room exceeded expectations: spacious, well-equipped, and designed to feel like a residential apartment. The staff are exceptional across the board—reception, restaurant, concierge, housekeeping, and cleaning services. Each team member stands out with their professionalism, kindness, and dedication, making you feel genuinely valued and cared for. Their smiles and attentive service create a welcoming atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation!

The property was a great location opposite the mall. They have great customer service , they provided valet parking so we didn’t need to park ourselves. The staff were amazing , everyone I came across was friendly, quick service and ready to assist us anytime. They have 24 hour room service which was great . The apartment was clean and spacious. I love that they added a door bell and you can switch it to do not disturb option. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is at a perfect location between Sharjah &Dubai… All staff were nice and welcoming:) Mr. Mohamed gamal (assistant head of the front manager) was very helpful and making everything at our ease… Also miss Florina from the front desk was very smily
