Golden Sands Hotel & Residences

I had an incredible experience during my stay at this property. The place was spotless, and every facility I could possibly need was provided. The view was simply breathtaking! A special shout-out to Mr. Salman at the check-in counter—he was absolutely amazing! His service was professional, friendly, and made the whole process seamless. Truly a great guy! Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and scenic stay, with excellent customer service.

The staff where all exceptional and more like a family.. I was feeling ill during my stay a bit of a fever and when I called reception to locate a pharmacy they sent someone up with some medicine (over the counter stuff) which really helped and they also had a vending machine which also stocked over the counter medication as well as other things. I had breakfast at the hotel and this was a buffet style and again was very good and I have nothing negative to say about the food or the staff in there restaurant/ breakfast area. Room was very modern and clean and when visiting the area again this is the only hotel I would be staying at.. Iv stayed at a lot of hotels in the same area but this was the best. They were also very accommodating to me needing a late check out to unlike other hotels that just want to charge you for more time.

The property was a great location opposite the mall. They have great customer service , they provided valet parking so we didn’t need to park ourselves. The staff were amazing , everyone I came across was friendly, quick service and ready to assist us anytime. They have 24 hour room service which was great . The apartment was clean and spacious. I love that they added a door bell and you can switch it to do not disturb option. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I really enjoyed my stay.
